30 Years of Evolution | Reflection and Progress
Transporting back to the early 1990s, Creative Director Carsten Jorgensen received a request from a renowned American design store to design a flat-bottomed cold drink cup suitable for outdoor leisure. Inspired by innovation, Carsten Jorgensen came up with a brilliant idea - transforming the flat cup into a double-wall hollow design. This ingenious approach maintained beverages' icy coldness and catered to the ice drink-loving Americans. As time passed and Carsten Jorgensen traveled the world, this idea evolved, sparking further design concepts using various materials, from plastic to ceramics, and ultimately glass.
Glass Craftsmanship 2.0 | Ultra-Thin Lip for Enhanced Experience
Observing the success of double-wall glass cups in the mainland China market, Carsten Jorgensen decided to embark on an improvement journey, keeping up with the trend while seeking ways to enhance the drinking experience. Thus, Carsten Jorgensen's focus was on creating an ultra-thin lip, enabling people to sense the drink's temperature more sensitively - whether hot or cold - minimizing the chances of burning their lips.
Design Concept | Exquisite Craftsmanship in Harmony
Achieving a seamless fusion of the two glass bodies of the cup, maintaining symmetry, aesthetics, and preventing deformation posed a formidable challenge. Combining design concepts with refined taste came at a cost. However, thanks to the designer's unwavering dedication and the skilled glassblowers' bold attempts, after multiple rounds of testing and modifications, the Bai Hao Double Wall Glass Cup became a reality! Let this cup be your indispensable companion for keeping tea warm without scalding your hands in your daily life!
Tea Cup, Beyond Tea | Boundless Usage
Is the Bai Hao Double Wall Glass Cup only meant for tea? Absolutely not! It suits any hot or cold drink. Preparing a cappuccino in this cup creates a mesmerizing aesthetic - layers of brown coffee, white milk, and frothy white milk foam topped with captivating designs.
Quenching your thirst with a refreshing beer becomes an exquisite experience in this cup. Ultimately, Creative Director Carsten Jorgensen witnesses his past idea transforming into a delightful pleasure that caters to all senses.
